Lead times for tiles and sanitaryware are separate from the time on site. We order materials after the estimate is agreed and start once everything has been delivered, so the bathroom is not left half-finished while a basin is on back order.

Building regulations and bathroom renovations in London flats
Bathroom electrics must follow the BS 7671 zones around the bath and shower, and work such as a new circuit or anything in the zones close to water is notifiable under Part P. Our electricians test the installation and issue the certificate. A bathroom also needs mechanical extraction under Part F, normally a fan of at least 15 litres a second, which we fit and duct as part of the refurbishment.
If you live in a leasehold flat, check your lease before booking: many London freeholders ask for a licence for alterations before a wet room or a change of layout, and some blocks only allow noisy work on weekdays.
