What a professional rewire actually involves
A full or partial rewire replaces ageing, damaged or undersized cabling with new circuits that meet the current 18th Edition wiring regulations (BS 7671). Our electricians survey the property first, agree exactly which circuits need attention, and plan the work to minimise disruption to floors, walls and decoration.
All notifiable work is certified and registered with a competent person scheme, so you receive full documentation for insurance, mortgage and resale purposes. We carry out installations and rewires across London within the M25, with clear, time-based pricing agreed before work starts.
