Our office is at 106 Great Portland Street, London W1W 6PF. Engineers travel to jobs across the capital from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 8am to 6pm on Sunday.

Hourly rates for every trade
You pay a first-hour rate, then a lower rate for each extra half hour. The rate depends on the trade and on the day and time of the visit. This table shows the first-hour rate.

Extra If we need to go and buy materials, travel and shopping time is charged at £57.60 per hour inc VAT (business: £48 + VAT). The materials themselves are added at cost.

Do you charge more for outer London?
No. The same published hourly rates apply to every job inside the M25, whichever borough you are in.
Do you cover my postcode?
If it is inside the M25, yes. That includes every London postcode area: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC, and the outer London postcodes such as BR, CR, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW and UB.
Which trades can you send?
Plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, air conditioning engineers and refurbishment teams. One company and one phone number for all of them.
